Debbie coming home

Some good news. Debbie is on her way home. The hospital has been very gracious and now it's up to us.

When the flowers stop arriving and the cards stop coming in - that's when we can pitch in - to help out with the long-haul.

Relatedly, here's a information about health insurance in the US:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090411/ap_on_he_me/uninsured

"If the uninsured were a political lobbying group, they'd have more members than AARP. The National Mall couldn't hold them if they decided to march on Washington."

Debbie Zibolsky is Family

My grandparents have been taken care of by Debbie Zibolsky and a small, caring team of nurses and caretakers for the last 12 years. Janet is 101 years old, and is taken care very well by this team, and my loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and mother. My Grandfather passed away 10 years ago of Alzheimer's. Debbie has been there for it all. Now, on top of that, when Debbie comes home from taking care of my grandmother, she takes care of her husband, who has cancer.

Recently, Debbie had life threatening heart condition. She is in the intensive care unit recovering, but unfortunately does not have health insurance.

Debbie has a daughter and family who love her very much. But she is our family too. These are tough times, and we can help.

I'd ask you make a small donation today. Your gifts will go through "ChipIn" (PayPal) first to me, then to Debbie's daughter Dawn or directly to Debbie depending on her condition.

Send any questions to jonathan.hendler@gmail.com or DawnM72@verizon.net

Also, if you'd send along warm wishes or a note, even by email or comments below, I'll make sure she gets them.
